"Ever changing job horizon, always something new and different. Corrections IT is unique"

"It's corrections, different world. I thought I was prepared, but was not."

What don't you like about working at Management & Training Corp.?

"Working with inmates. Culture shock...takes some getting used to. Paperwork, delays; tough to get the job done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"IT is the heartbeat of any successful company. Treat IT better- pay, incentives, bonuses, etc."

"too many meetings that interfered with the work and never enough time."

"more explicit chain of command. Being a subsidiary company causes a discontinuity in who is in charge of what."
