"I began working for ISN in 2018 on the products team. The work environment is great, as are the benefits and perks. However, the management team is a small, close-knit group that is difficult to break into. The broad consensus is that upward mobility is extremely limited. In addition, while product management has the freedom to define and implement the product roadmap, the company is unwilling to make the requisite technology investments to modernize the aging technology stack that much of the product is built on. I would recommend listening to the technical experts to avoid insurmountable technical debt in the future."

The total compensation in salary and additional benefits (healthcare, charitable donations and matching, remote work days, team events, in-office groceries and frequent catered meals - the list goes on). Very young, vibrant company with ample opportunities for travel and exposure to Fortune 500 companies and executive management. Agility to rotate to different departments and roles to gain exposure.
