"Get EVERYTHING in writing for your compansation package. Benefits and bonus plans were changed and lowered after my hiring."

What don't you like about working at Irwin Naturals?

"Dishonesty about bonus programs and 401k plan. Surviellance cameras in every room, unflexible shceudling for docto's appts and such. Very unfriendly during time-off needed for jury duty. Bosses take excessive vacations, but only 10 days Paid Time Off for employees and no sick days, no half days. Not enough parking for employees. Lack of proper office supplies."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better time-off and flexible scheduling policies. Better bionus program that is simpler to understand and actually rewards the employees like it's supposed to."
