"Local leadership needs more of a voice in the decisions that senior leadership makes as they have a more informed idea as to what the current work force can accomplish."

"As long as the contractor UI Architect is there (8 years now) and not an FTE is not a place for a long term place to call home. The rest of the people are great to work with but they are not under this person and have worked there many years. He needs oversight the is ignored and not provided."

"The contractor acting as UI Architect would take your work at the first chance and take credit for it even after stating that the solution was being looked for almost 5 years and you found it while having said this in front of a group of people."

"Management needs checks and balances. Some people have too much power. Personal growth and promotion are either not given, people above you do not mentor or help. They arrive at 9 am and leave at 3 pm and report a bull work week while your honesty is the only thing that keeps things moving."

"I've been a manager and know the difficulty in trying to please everyone, so I know management is doing their best to meet company goals and yet still minimize turnaround."

"Interesting projects in different fields. Provide solution for customers and resolve their needs. Consult Iron Mountain with technical issues."

"Don't like to work remotely. Prefer to be in an office. This limits me for interacting with other people."

"Constant threat of losing your job. Senior Managers expecting impossible results and then holding you accountable."

"Fire every executive that was acquired through the OSDP acquisition, as a result of a CEO that clearly was suffering from dementia. Allow your SME's to again participate in steering the ship."
