"No chance to advance to management. There was also too much change with the anual comp plan and budget for bonuses every quarter."

"Be more proactive in communicating with employees. Stop giving the seasoned employees the feeling that they can be replaced at any time. When stating that change in budgets happen, please refrain from the words of entitlement or that earners do not work hard enough."
