What don't you like about working at Iron Mountain Digital?

"Simply, the pay. I could not support my family on the salary I had. It was a very difficult decision to leave, I found a place that offered me every opportunity to succeed. Someday I hope to return to Iron Mountain and continue my career in the Transportation Department."

"I worked for Arnie Padilla. A great General Manager and a wonderful human being. He is the standard."

"Constant threat of losing your job. Senior Managers expecting impossible results and then holding you accountable."

"Fire every executive that was acquired through the OSDP acquisition, as a result of a CEO that clearly was suffering from dementia. Allow your SME's to again participate in steering the ship."

"Before Connected Management took over in 2006 it was a great place to work. Customer Service was at the core of the company"

"Since late 2006, the company has not been able to hold on to its key players, and the focus is on driving down cost, not protecting the world's information. It's really quite a sad company now."

"Run away. If you are someone who wants to hide in corporate America and collect a check, this would be the place for you. If you wanted a place to challenge your abilities and allow you to make useful suggestions that would be taken seriously, don't bother. History dictates who they listen to even if the person is a blithering idiot."

"The management is incompetent in their ability to correct major issues and get WORKING products out to market."

"The next time you lay people off, take the time to find out who the talent is and who the deadwood is, and keep the talent. *SHEESH*"

"Yeah, if you previously worked with upper management, don't sweat the small stuff, you're going to get it, they only hire there former co-workers and friends, regardless if you are not qualified."

"Treat the employees good while they are there and motivated, don't be so focused on the Dang-on Point System, it's really ridiculous."
