What do you like about working at International Resources Group?

"I liked the client base, small companies doing interesting things, and dealing with Wall Street is never boring."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You have to be able to take a lot of needless direction from management who want to micromanage far too much. If you can handle that, this is a great place."

What don't you like about working at International Resources Group?

"The culture was oppressive. The founder hired her ex-Navy career officer (called The Admiral by everyone) to run the business. I am not navy material."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I have no advice or suggestions as the firm was sold after my departure, and so have no idea whether the culture has changed."
