"I've worked for iProspect for almost one year. Leadership works hard to have a fun, inspiring culture. They allow team members autonomy, and are very flexible with remote work and ability to deal with personal life happenings. That being said, they struggle with helping employees maintain a work-life balance. Employees are working long weeks, even though you don't have to do that work between 9-5; there has been high recent turnover with no replacements being recruited. I am hopeful it starts to turnaround soon."
