The owners stole contacts from their former employer and were sued for this.This company will sue anyone for anything, if they get the chance.IP Pathways does not provide the training and know how for an engineer to become successful.Expectations are not defined and constantly changing. There is no one to give you guidance or direction. They do not have a service catalog defined, you will end up supporting ANYTHING. Go somewhere else!"

"I've worked for IP Pathways for 5 months. There is little room for upward mobility. The company is growing fast and the workloads can be too much for the amount of people currently on board. They don't have a willingness to fire customers which causes a lot of strain on employees and will ultimately cause a strain on the bottom line."
