"Demote project leads that bully, insult, and harass co-workers. Creative work is extremely difficult in such an environment. If you want to use the agile method then the whole method must be used, not picked apart and partially implemented. Do not buy into the idea that your requirements are so complex that they can't be done with anything but the fanciest technology on Earth. It isn't that hard, especially if you actually test what has already been done instead of taking one man's word that it can't work."
