"I've worked for Iovate health sciences since 2015 and I found it to be an excellent organization. It's one of the few Canadian companies that have been able to expand its brands internationally by providing exceptional products backed by research and science. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that's looking to significantly improve their career prospects."

"Going through the doors this seems to be a great company, attractive, friendly although poorly paying in all positions, there are promises at interview level of promotions etc... very quickly you realize that the turn around in your dept and the company is almost weekly, everyone jumps at a call from HR and it is a constant occurrence that your team members are whisked away and never spoken of except in whisper. Everyone is job hunting and most co-workers count their tenure in months, not years. A career experience to be avoided at all costs. (I find if I mention this company almost everyone knows someone who worked there at one point or another, and there is never, in my experience, a positive response to working at Iovate Health Sciences.)"

"Worked there in sales. It's an odd and very immature company, which I was very surprised about, given their brands. The category is very small compared to other CPG categories, hence they lack that high level understanding. Lots of micromanagement. Promotional process requires signature of finance, director of sales, director of marketing and COO - that is for each promo for each account for each brand. And yes, you have to reach them individually. So if you have 5 accounts, well, life becomes very difficult."

"Great entry level place to work at but room for growth is limited. High turnover rate makes the place somewhat uneasy to work with."
