Division Manager

"Throughout my career in Construction Management I have been recognized for my detailed scheduling abilities. In the past I have managed complex schedules for as many as 40-50 projects at a time and were successfully executed by my team of Construction Superintendents. In my current role as a Division Manager, I lead a team of Sales Associates, a Construction Manager, Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and Warranty personal. In addition, I am responsible for my divisions financial success. In 2018, I closed 52 homes with a Revenue of just under $17 Million and a Net Income of 8%. I just recently exceeded my Budget for 2019. My team ended 2019, with a Closing Revenue exceeding $26 Million and a Net Income of 9.5%. With all that being said, I would love to be apart of your leadership team and know I will be an asset to your organization. Although the above mentioned numbers indicate my leadership abilities, doesn’t tell you allot about me. I am an industry professional that wants be apart of something less repetitive, original, inspiring and a place I can call home!"
