"I dont like that they promote from within those that are willing to compromise integrity to get ahead"

"Respect yourself, respect your employees and respect the company you work for. Be the example. Lead by that example so that others want to follow you."

"Start to view the broader picture within your business, develop a strategy within each store, and promote based on merit and not tenure."

"I know what I will be doing every day. Holidays off. Pay."

"Go to school and get your Masters Degree. They like that even if you don't do the job well."

"Not being able to get promoted. Seeing the same people everyday. Not having an opinion because of grade."

"Every year switch jobs temporarily. Team training. Go paperless. Incentives."

"the company is a great place but my direct manager did not work with my more then 3 time I one year.but the company is a fun place to work grate products,great customers"

"Good people to work for, I learned a lot, and the experience was enlightening, close to home."

"Not really, the military has its own way of doing things, just go with the program."

"I didn't have a choice of location, I was stationed there thru the United States AF."

"I enjoyed being operational and supporting the SEAL teams."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Watch your back and trust nobody."
What don't you like about working at United States Navy?
"Those over me were retired military and really just there to punch a clock and get a second retirement. There was a lot of shady activity going on and the commands way to handle it was just not to address it. My supervisor committed six ratifications (unauthorized financial commitments) in one day and nothing was done. He was notorious for this type of activity. Like I said, people were there just to get that second retirement."

"Challenging in every aspect of one's life."
