Submit a Review"I love our indirect care we supply the entire hospital. Without our service, the nurses and doctors could not perform the procedures to tackle ailments. We may not be seen, but our presence is a large part of the facility's operations. The downside to the job is its demanding schedule. Hospitals are necessary so you may find yourself working overtime and all the time. Plus with recent acquisitions of practices and facilities, the workload is increasing while the workforce remains stagnant."

"Fresh and Easy is a joke to work at."
What do you like about working at Fresh & Easy?
"The pay is very good... they have bonuses but we get the very least amount possible. Being we are the ones on the floor making production possible. On the other hand management gets big fat bonus checks for just sitting around all day."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The pay is good... but if you want to be respected and treated fairly this is not the place for you."
What don't you like about working at Fresh & Easy?
"There is a lot of favoritism.they brag about their values but do not follow any of them.half of the management there is a joke.they have no people skills whatsoever. Every manager power tripps. They care only about themselves and not the company as a whole.the atmosphere is every man for themselves"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"need to get retrained and take some people skills classes. Praise your workers motivate them..not threaten them and demean them by telling them how horrible they are doing...most managers there could care less about their employees and show so much favoritism. .then they wonder why employees stopped caring for the job.."

"A large corporation with a lot of opportunity to succede or fail."

"Everyone is under the gun to perform. This translate to little to no room for error. If you do not know what you are doing do not apply."
What don't you like about working at Pilgrim's?
"The pressure to improve on the production numbers and cost made the jobs there unbearable."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would listen to the personnel on the floor more. This was one of the main issues at this location."

"Middle managers. Decent wages and benefits. Good co-workers. Interesting work."

"Use this place as a stepping stone to a better career. Don't plan on staying long."
What don't you like about working at The Hibbert Group?
"No job security. Too many layoffs. Layoffs aren't by seniority. Mismanaged by top level management. Terrible 100 year old building in a dangerous neighborhood. Old office furniture. Too many procedures (ISO certified) to adequately do your job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to your middle managers. Get out of Trenton. Embarrassing to show building to clients. Get new furniture and equipment. Plan better so there aren't so many layoffs. Remember the loyalty of older workers when doing layoffs."

"If you must work there, use it as a stepping stone to a better career, as many young people have. If you are older, don;t plan on a long career. Be careful if working at night."

"No job security. Layoffs aren't by seniority. Mismanaged by top level management. Too many layoffs. Terrible 100 year old building in a dangerous neighborhood. Old office furniture. Too many procedures (ISO certified) to adequately do your job."

"Listen to bad news. Listen to your middle managers. Move out of Trenton. Get new furniture. Treat employee as people and not as fixtures in the building. Plan better so there are less layoffs."

"Company is very supportive of family time and offers a lot of flexibility. The company mission is exceptional!"

"Everything at Scholastic revolves around creating lifelong readers. The mission is the business. Everyone who interviews can do the job, but how do you compare in reading passion"

"Opportunities for career advancement are few and far between for most employees."

"Try to find a way to offer more advancement opportunities."

"You will be a temporary associate for 2 years or more before getting hired."

"That they keep closing stores but report back that the company is doing well."

"More praise for the workers. They mostly just give negative feedback."
