"inVentiv is the parent company for several marketing and communication companies around the country. The work environment is that of a large corporation. The culture is not very active, most people are good at their jobs, but just want to get things done and go home. IT issues have been a recurring problem."

"The original director was fabulous but they replaced her with an individual who was all talk and no work. Who couldn't make an independent decision to save her life. She is unethical and doesn't have the best interest of the patient in mind AT ALL."

"This job was work from home and it was an ideal contract opportunity I had at that point of time. It gave me experience of following up with Clinical Trial Managers, directors and fill in the missing gaps in between various Database spreadsheets of pfizer."

"There is work if you want to work but it is not a demanding job."

"If you work in IT and you don't mind a lot direction then this company is for you."

"No direction with the company, they keep buying companies and leave a management mess. My boss never talks to me."

"Provide more direction and provide more communication and provide happy hour once a month"

"Great coworkers, environment, always something to do and learn, just all-around great employment experience,"

"Just be honest, be yourself. The interview process was relaxed and casual. They looked for personality as well as knowledge."

What don't you like about working at inVentiv Health?

"Sometimes, but not often, our team lead was a bit overwhelmed or not available at the moment to assist with something."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not much, to be honest, everything was well done besides the fact that it took so long for the temporary employees to become permanent."

"The entrepreneurial atmosphere where I was told what to do and as long as I continued to exceed sales quotas I was left alone."

"My suggestion would be to be honest and to be yourself."

"Too many times there was little advance notice of major changes to the job. This led to some miscommunication that could have been avoided."

"I would suggest continuing to listen to the sales reps in the field to maximize increased sales."

"Clearer communication as to the timeline of the contract and possible expiration."
