"RUN, do not walk, in the other direction. They will hire you, drive you into the ground, and leave you dejected. They will also fight your ability to get another job in the area - very vindictive people."
What don't you like about working at Intrex Aerospace?
"Company seems to think cheap is synonymous with lean. It's the exact opposite. Have run into many, many former employees of Intrex in my professional life in the area and not a single person would disagree with a negative assessment of the company. A horrendous place to work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Find truly qualified people with outside expertise to run the company. The current management is in place due to tenure, not skill. Find some real manufacturing engineering management professionals and not former secretaries or machinists."
