"I worked at Interval International (recently purchased by Marriott) for more years than I care to admit. Unfortunately, the fallout from the buyout combined with Covid resulted in the elimination of many positions, my own included. There are many great folks working there, toiling in near-impossible management imposed conditions. I hope the best for them all."

"We were constantly under surveillance. we were required to make minimum quota for commission everyday, we didn't have a private work space, and our supervisor was always talking to us while we were on the phone speaking to a customer."

"I would have direct contact with the employees, hear them out and try to work out a scenario where both are happy. Happy with their boss and happy with their work environment."
