The Intersect Group Employee

"I've worked for The Intersect Group for almost a year. The people are great and the company has a great overall culture. I think there could be more accountability throughout the organization, but overall the company is pretty good. I believe some people get too comfortable in their roles and that can cause some issues between higher performing colleagues."
