In regard to my experience and chatting with co-workers, it's just very apparent that the pay is very low and the morale is not very high. Ubiquitous online reviews seem to support this reality. The problems stem from the top with management and human resources, which doesn't seem to know how to handle conflict, onboarding new staffers with the team, and they rarely acknowledge those that are hard workers."
