"I've worked for IFF for 4 years. My time here has been valuable and I've grown as a scientist."
"I worked as an intern at IFF for a little under a year. I was generally treated with respect and the company did show a strong interest in its interns and showing them what the company was about by providing tours of the manufacturing plants and corporate offices in NY. It was definitely more than what I expected.Some of the tasks involved some challenges that could have been avoided, such as having to work with low-quality resources and/or vague expections, which often resulted in mistakes."
