International Bancard Employee

"The staff is extremely friendly and the CEO is very talented in motivating the staff. It's also great to work for a company that is so passionate about the city of Detroit and is enthusiastic about helping the city thrive. Managers do whatever they can to equip their staff with the tools that they need to be successful in their positions. They also make sure that the company culture provides educational and fun events and meetings besides the usual work aspects."
