"Interglobe Technologies is a good organisation. But it needs to improve its process in terms of work environment and hr processes."
"I enjoyed going to work everyday, friendly, professional, staff to work with. I made phone calls to businesses to inquire about the Verizon customer service experience. InterGlobe Communications has a working relationship with Verizon and I was able to offer ways the service is improved through a dedicated rep that would go on the appointments. I had to quit InterGlobe because I moved to a different state. If I move back to the area I will try to work there again."
"It's a really unprofessional place. It is very amateur. As a Telemarketer, you're forced to make x number of calls for every hour that you work, and you're supposed to set up an appointment. No one wants to talk to a telemarketer and no one will make an appointment. To make it, the company tells us to lie and say that we work with Verizon. Supervisors have big heads and think that everyone is replaceable. Don't waste your time and your work on this place."
"Average company, Good for people who are starting to learn and grow."
"Interglobe is a great place to learn about telecom."
