"The company was a mess from day one. I had a branch manager send me borrower docs to my personal email before I had been onboarded. There is no training and no support from Operations. Management is a joke. No help, no bonuses, not worth it."

"I've been employed with ICG Home since March of 2020 as a banker and have learned a lot about the mortgage industry and home buying process through their teaching. I've been able to take licensing courses and put myself on top of the leader board in my first 4 months. Overall, a great place to work with a great environment that cultivates professional and personal growth."

"My hire was very smooth, I was recruited by the HR department, the woman, Christine I spoke to was very nice and welcoming. I interviewed and was notified within a week of my interview. I submitted a paper application which I thought was basic and out dated but that seemed to be the end of the low end technology. Double monitors and a nice office, they are in the process of hiring a new mgmt staff, from what HR and my direct supervisor have said and showed, I expect nothing but good things. Pay is comparable to what my job functions are, hours are nice, OT sometimes, benefits are a little high on price but I assume that when working for a smaller not corporate company. Nice people, seem somewhat overworked but I believe they are looking to grow. Excited for what my future holds here!"
