"The children we work with are adorable and their parents are completely comfortable with the techniques used at home."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself. The reason there are not too many benefits or not as high pay in comparison to other companies is because they know that this is an entry level position. So there are a lot of employees who resign after a couple years, which qualifies them to not change benefits."
What don't you like about working at Intercare Therapy?
"The management. There must be more awareness for supervisors to contact their therapists. Responsibilities should not only lie with therapists but those who are higher above.Difficult to change position from floor time to behavior therapist. Management did not completely follow through."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management must be more organized and completely helpful in with suggesting hours or following up with the parents who need schedule change."
