What do you like about working at Intercare Holdings Insurance?

"Even though stressful, it was interesting work. I enjoyed working with the many different kinds of people I came in contact with everyday."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be ready to work hard with not a lot of recognition"

What don't you like about working at Intercare Holdings Insurance?

"Workloads were not evenly distributed. They were based on numbers in reports and were not investigated as to exactly how much was involved in each workload. For example: There were a lot of Spanish speaking accounts which involved extra work to ensure Spanish speaking claimants understood their rights according to State laws. Also, as positions were vacated by employees leaving the company, they were not refilled, leaving those left to pick up the work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have come form the corporate office to investigate how the decisions I was making were really working in the branch office, instead of making decisions based upon numbers in a report."
