"Being underminded after 4 months with the company-not being told the entire job description until after moving at my own expense.I would not have accepted this position if I had known I had to play the part of Dog the Bounty Hunter nad chase students down and drag them back to school."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get in touch with reality and don't disrespect managers for making suggestions at management meetings. Be upfront and totally honest with prospective employees at the interview."
