"There is currently nothing good about the company now that it has been bought out by CMS. Its benefits are now being cut short, failing to even come close to what the employer needs. The company itself has a life expectancy for its employees of a year. By that time they expect you to be gone and never hear from you again. This is not a good company to work for unless you are looking for a rough ride into the IT world."
