"From a high level, I enjoy this company due to its bleeding edge tochnology and the faith the company had in its employees to achieve great things."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't ask for a decent salary fo any options. The options are all gone and no more will be given out."

What don't you like about working at Intelimedix?

"My primary reason for leaving will be due to failed promises. I was promised that my salary would; a) Return to what I was making before I started here about 6 years ago. b) I was also promised my options would be worth something within 5 years - that didn't happen. I was recently told that my options are still underwater and that I shouldn't count on them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't make promises you can't or wont keep. Try to align your business goals with the actual skills of your employees instead of playing favorites."
