"Make sure you let your needs be known. If you get hired, make sure you document everything that you do. If you are a nurse, don't expect to be a Nurse at CATCH"

What don't you like about working at Integrys Energy Group?

"They are not treated very well. Nurses are not very valued there. The unit is filthy and there is no structure for the residents, The two men who are in charge of the unit never set foot on it unless they have to."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop micromanagement of the associate director and using her as a pawn to do your dirty work."
