Most co-workers were very friendly. However, is seems the atmosphere is "everyone is too busy," making group projects very hard to complete."

"Make sure you let your needs be known. If you get hired, make sure you document everything that you do. If you are a nurse, don't expect to be a Nurse at CATCH"

"They are not treated very well. Nurses are not very valued there. The unit is filthy and there is no structure for the residents, The two men who are in charge of the unit never set foot on it unless they have to."

"Stop micromanagement of the associate director and using her as a pawn to do your dirty work."
