"I worked for Integris Solutions for almost 3 years. The starting compensation was a bit low, but I was able to see a sizable pay raise within the first year. I loved the people and there were opportunities to advance if you showed commitment and provided outstanding work. The atmosphere changed dramatically over the course of my time there. It went from a start-up to more of a corporate vibe. Unfortunately, politics began to rule and management became very cliquey and showed favoritism to some and gossiped about others; not a good look for a management team. This is a great place to gain experience and work with great people but won’t be a long term fit for most people."
