"I started at Integrated Mill Systems as an intern in February of 2019 while I was still in school. After excelling as an intern in learning PLC programming via Studio 5000, I was hired full time upon graduation in May of 2019. The workplace was very appealing and relaxed. Everyone who I encountered that worked here was more than willing to help in any way possible, and everyone was very nice and upbeat. However, if you're a software developer, this place just is not a great fit. The people and owners are very kind and take care of everyone, but they specialize in more of the electrical side of the business - hence my leaving as a Computer Science graduate."
