"I’ve worked for Integrated Engineering (IE) for almost 2 years as a full-time employee. It’s a fast-paced and growing company that has seen huge surges of growth since I’ve started here. However, there are major underlying issues that stem from the highest levels of management. Most times, it becomes very toxic and hard to deal with. Mental health becomes a factor in this regard, and unfortunately there aren’t many real benefits to working here. Very little PTO, no sick leave, no health benefits, we only have 401k. It’s a great stepping stone into something more professional and established. I’ve worked my hardest without any reward or praise, with the only notable times of being contacted by management is at midnight because they are lashing out. It has affected many employees negatively but there is fear of speaking up about it. I have a good work relationship with my department supervisor but upper management has the real issue and it trickles down to the rest of the company, eating it alive."
