"I worked for Integrated Drilling Equipment since 2011. The personnel is very friendly and understanding. Everyone at the company is like a big family and that was literally the case in most situations. The job security and turn around was not great. I believe the last year I was employed, there were lay-offs quarterly. There were limited resources to complete the job at hand and the financial state of the company was very poor."
