A friendly, family-feel company culture."

"I have worked with Integra Lifesciences and it has a really good environment to work."
"This is a good company to work at for the most part. There have been some growing pains in the transition of growing from a small, independent company, to one of a handful of companies owned and managed under the SmithTech family of pharmacy products. There are some really great people who work here, but on the other side, some really bad corporate policies. A lot of the employees in the Anacortes office commute from Bellingham, and the senior management is firmly opposed to the idea of allowing remote work, despite a majority of their PM team being remote. The long commute and rigidity of the company leadership is ultimately why I decided to leave."
"Good company... would like"
