"ISO is a great company to work for - I don't know where these low ball salaries are coming from but I started in the mid-forties, not out of this world, but nothing to complain about. With all the perks my first year salary is really over 50k. Perks include company car, state of the art business laptop, camera, and business cell phone - all paid for by the company. Benefits are top notch. You get to make your schedule and telecommute, which for me is a huge plus. The work is challenging and not for everyone, definitely not for slackers. All in all, you would be hard pressed to do better than ISO. It's a great company with great people."
