3.8I worked for Instructure for 5 years. The culture has been fantastic as it transitioned from private to publicly held. They're currently being purchased by an investment firm to take the company back private. The culture has changed drastically at the top management level, and it's affecting the culture all the way down. They recently had a large layoff and seem to be changing direction and focus. There was a huge backlog of work, and I wonder how they'll be able to address their customer's needs with a staff that has been undersized before and is now more.
4.4I worked at Instructure in Product Marketing from December 2013 - February 2019. When I started, the company was in high growth mode on its way to IPO. The work was exciting and the team worked hard and was committed to bringing a game-changing product to market. Overtime, the teams changed but the people remained super committed and excited about the work being done. Overall - great global company with a solid goal employees could get behind.
4.3I've worked for Instructure for the past three years. The company is working hard to achieve some internal goals, and as such is making lots of changes. Despite some of these changes, I think the people there truly care about what they're doing, and want to make the best of each day.
