"I've worked for Instron for over 15 years in 2 different professional departments (one of which was engineering). Overall, a good place to work. Co-workers are friendly, and non-competitive."

"I've worked at Instron since May 2012. It was my first out of college career in which I saw multiple improvements to be made within the company. I produced cost analysis, time and work analysis before beginning my tasks, to ensure all managers bought in to my ideas. I have implemented over 10 different changes in less than a year. My review last year gave me a 9% increase due to the quality, efficiency, and effective implementation of my work."

"I've worked for Instron for 2 years now. There are several positives to working for this company, as well as some negatives. This is a company that values the employees that have been here for a long time. This is actually more of a negative, as the company prefers to promote employees to management positions based on tenure, and not on merit or qualificiations. However, the company does have a phenomenal healthcare package and 401k."
