"Be sure to make all things clear before accepting the job so that there will be no complaints in future."

"It`s very hard to communicate with japanese. There are many procedures that are needed on process."

"Effort to not fail is to unify the strengths than loose them. Reduce cost to save company could achieve by ownership of company in customer projects, employee in company stack purchasing instead of compensation, plus education of all in asset and waste management!"
