"Company was mismanaged. They were trying to stock pile their growth hormone drug, while they were in court fighting a infringement battle over patent issues with the second largest biotech company in the world. They overstaffed and decided to lay-off good workers while keeping non-team players."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make sure you hire the best candidate for the position. Insuring that the individuals attitude and personality fit in with the team. GPA and college degree don't always make a team player. Work experience, knowledge, common sense are the foundation for a good team player."
