"The base salary is $30,000 which is pretty low, especially in a big city. We do get compensation, but some recruiters get luckier than others and land more positions so therefore have more money. If you work hard it most likely will pay off in your pay check, but it is very discouraging when you have bad weeks and don't make very much money."

"The salary I am receiving here is very fair. The base salary allows me to live a comfortable/fun lifestyle very easily. On top of that, the opportunity to earn an endless amount off of commission is amazing and just another reason to keep excelling on my work."

"Depending on the state/city in which you live, is all dependent upon what the salary should look like. I believe the growth that's taking place in Nashville, calls for a need to revisit the base salary. I fully support myself, and 30,000 does not allow for much leeway in my budget. I understand that we have a commission structure and that can be used as a "rebuttal" for not increasing the salary. However, I feel like Insight Global would have a better retention rate if the base was increased by a mere 5k. This is technically an 8-5 job but in the grand scheme of things, it isn't. The hours are demanding. Nothing in life comes easy. It takes hard work to be successful and you probably won't be compensated for every hour, minute or second of your time. BUT I do believe that increasing the base salary will increase the retention rate and increase the quality of work."

"The annual salary for this role is not the most ideal in the world but the best part is the uncapped commission. This allows you to really control how much you make and if you want more then you work harder."
