"Started out excited and hopeful, but too much change to keep up with."

What do you like about working at Insight Enterprises?

"My direct supervisor and freedom to work from home as needed."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are not one of the boys dont expect to get anywhere with this company."

What don't you like about working at Insight Enterprises?

"Low pay, low moral, constant changes, revolving door in management. You never know from one day to the next what across the board changes management will make with no ryme or reason. Management lays-off good hardworking employees for no other reason then to line their own pockets and keep useless middle management people. They promise, then back peddle."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Diversify! Stop hiring specific people irrelevant to their work history. Stop the nepotism, destroy the poor culture, listen to your teammates, more indians less chiefs."
