"The company is managed by two people: one of them is Glen Hower, the CEO of the company. He is a nice guy, but does not have any responsibility for company future. He is basically a playboy which behaves as a salesman but salesman should have a skill to make other people happy, and Glen is all about himself ("When I became a CEO"). The most powerful person in the company is Tim Hladik. This is a man with zero manager skills, very rough and not respectful to others. He is a person who has a luck of self confidence and compensates this with by treating people with approach "I am a strong supervisor, and the people think bad about me because I am strong". He simply needs a good psychiatrist. There are other strings related to this supervision. The company has good people but the company will not have any chance if these two people will not be simply fired. And company should fire them ASAP otherwise all professionals will be gone."
