"My income was limited & capped at a certain amount. I would like to haved been able to earn more."

"Allow sales people, expecially their top achievers like me to eam more, performance incentives. Provide current employess other opportunites within the company if your region is eliminated or downsized."

"On many occasions, decisions were made at the senior management level that negatively affected non-management personnel mostly because, I believe, our job functions were not clearly understood."

"GOB club. Seemed like the men were getting more advantages than the women."

"Please do some R&D before launching new products. I was sent out to sell a product and we had no training and no real direction. Also you need to keep the right people and stop catering to the wrong ones."
