"The branch manager was great! He was very knowledgeable and flexible with ideas so there was always a good back and forth with him. However the work environment was less than appealing and there was one particular contractor there who practically breathed over your shoulder all the time and tried to dominate everything you did even though his knowledge of design was VERY limited. Also, there wasn't much opportunity to move up or move within the company."
