"Not very many opportunities to demonstrate and apply the core engineering / programming skills that I have gained from my University education, since my role is more inclined towards consulting."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"A base compensation to cover living expenses would be largely desirable. Also, the zoho-based management system does not prove to be very effective, with too many redundant, unused features. I was also occasionally informed of assignments / events late, which needs some improvement."
