"The biggest thing about Innovate that stands out to me is how they truly live by their company values to "love and value human beings", have a "just let me at it" attitude, and for us "it's personal". I have been encouraged to grow into new roles and know that I have the backing and support of management and don't feel pressured to be 100% perfect all the time. I also trust the team members with whom I work on a daily basis, we really have each other's back and help out whenever needed. The company works hard to keep us connected even though we are fully remote, and I've seen a lot of growth in that area recently, with virtual games, meditation, and talks about pets as a couple of examples. Overall, Innovate never stops looking for ways to keep improving: from evaluating the tools we have, to our processes, and also to connectivity and growth opportunities."
"I have worked at Innovate for less than a year at the time of this review. I appreciate the culture - everyone is extremely intelligent and skilled in their expertise and incredibly humble, helpful, and funny. I look forward to the regular Slack banter and gif wars. As a company, the values are not just a good idea but something every person exemplifies and acknowledges in each other."
