"Ask them why are people staying only ~1 yearDespite of constantly denying high turn-over rate, ask them why they are always hiring the same staffs while the total head count is actually shrinking"

What don't you like about working at InnoPath Software?

"Too many to list: incompetent management, lack of strategic vision/direction, unfair/barely-legal treating employees (such as F-words), way too high politics, CxO constantly lie to the press and employees..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"How about, first, be honest, don't lie, for once"
