"My manager asks me to complete projects that are far outside my job description but does not give me the necessary information or tools to complete the task. His expectations of the position are not realistic. He does not give me vital information in a timely manner. He does not respect the employees that he has in the field and because of that, I do not have the respect for HIM that I really should have."
