"Company constantly restructures every 6 months trying to better align itself and therefore layoffs occur at that time also."

"No training only on your own Had to maintain 85% billable but had no control of our availability to find billable hours."

"Provide the funds for training that the Top managment had allocated instead of using it for other things."

"Workload too high. Higher management keeps making changes before the workers even have time to adjust to the previous change."

"Take the time to let workers adjust. Listen to what the lower level employees are telling you about workload and ability to perform. Standardization is not the key for people who work in a highly changing environment."
